In the following, we give useful information concerning the procedure for VAT exemption

Important note for participants from the European Union (excluding Italy) and non-EU countries:

Before beginning the registration process, please note that it is compulsory to select the "VAT Exemption" checkbox (found in the registration form after choosing the fee) under the following circumstances:

• If you are paying the registration fee using your university's credit card (not a personal card).
• If you require an advance invoice for your university, which will be paid by your university via bank transfer.

Please be aware that universities and companies from European countries (excluding Italy) and non-European countries are subject to VAT non-applicability (reverse charge). Therefore, the registration fee must be invoiced without VAT, but only in the two situations mentioned above.
